RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Thanks for choosing FixMeStick. Here’s how refunds work, in plain terms. This policy covers everything purchased directly from fixmestick.com — or over the phone through our support team. If you bought yours from another retailer, e.g. BestBuy, Amazon, Staples, they’ll handle refunds under their own policy, so please reach out to them directly.


Refunds

Not happy with your purchase? No problem — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you’re having trouble getting set up, please contact our support team first. We’d love to help. If you’d still rather have a refund, just let them know.

How to request a refund

To start a refund, contact our support team. Once we confirm your refund, we’ll send it back to your original payment method. It usually appears in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Returnless refunds for FixMeStick and StartMeStick

For FixMeStick and StartMeStick devices, you don’t need to send anything back. Just share the serial code on the side of your device so we can deactivate it — no packing, labels, or trips to the shipping counter.

Renewals

The FixMeStick and StartMeStick are continuously updated with security and feature improvements — including the latest virus and malware definitions for the FixMeStick — so you always have the latest version. That’s why they run on an annual subscription, just like antivirus software.

Renewing your subscription is optional. When your subscription is up, you can renew for another year of protection or let it expire — the choice is yours.

Auto-renewal is also optional. If you turn it on, we’ll renew your subscription automatically each year and you get two benefits: an auto-renew discount on every renewal, and price protection. Whatever you pay to renew this year is what you’ll pay next year, for as long as your auto-renewal stays active — one way we show our respect for the trust our longstanding customers place in us.

You can turn auto-renewal on or off, and manage everything else about your subscription, from your account at app.fixmestick.com. If you’d prefer help, email support@fixmestick.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Renewals are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — cancel within 30 days of your renewal for a full refund. After 30 days, we’ll refund the unused portion of your subscription on a pro rata basis. For example, if you cancel a 1-year subscription two months in, we’ll refund the remaining ten months.

Defective device

If your FixMeStick or StartMeStick isn’t working correctly, contact our support team. We’ll figure out together whether a refund or a replacement is the right call.

Order not received

If you haven’t received your order within the shipping window, or you’re worried it’s been lost or stolen, please get in touch.

Lost device

If you lose your FixMeStick or StartMeStick, contact us for a discount on your replacement.
