    I’m a customer with a fixmestick and I’m getting this ramsomware telling me that my computer is loaded with pornographic material and if I don’t call the number shown my computer will be disabled and the FBI will be notifyed. I use the stick once every month, please tell me how to get this issue solved

    Thank you for the information. I am having problems with someone calling me to say that I have a Trojan virus on my system. I have a new computer that has Windows 10 instead of the previous Windows 7. My Email was changed from Capital K to low case k to use on my Windows 10. My Email is received combined now. I have problems sometime because of this. Please help. Changing my Email will give me more problems.
